Reverend Heather Concannon

Heather CroppedRev. Heather Concannon (she/her) is our Minister of Faith Formation. She began serving at UUAC in 2014, after graduating from Andover Newton Theological School with a Masters in Divinity in 2013, and a Certificate in Pastoral Care and Counseling. Before that, she attended Simmons College, where she earned a degree in Women and Gender Studies.

As the Minister of Faith Formation, Rev. Heather works with children, youth, adults, and parents in our Lifespan Faith Formation program. She also leads worship, offers pastoral care, and supports leadership development at UUAC. She has a passion for faith development and nurturing Unitarian Universalist identities and communities. Rev. Heather is grateful for the ways that she has been nurtured and shaped by UU communities throughout her life, and finds herself called to help shape that experience for others.

She loves facilitating groups, crafting rituals for communities to go deeper together in worship, and the rich connections of congregational life.

Rev. Heather enjoys pottery, gardening, spending time outside, and singing. She lives in Roslindale with her two cats, her housemate-family, and an excessive number of houseplants.
