Sunday was an an amazing service. Our “Unsung Hero Award” was given to two incredible people: Cathie Healy and Jon Treon, both of whom give so much of themselves and their time for our congregation.
We also said a teary goodbye to both Rev. Stephanie May, our amazing intern for the last two years, and Rev. Robin Bartlett, our interim DRE, both of whom are going on to be settled ministers of their own church. They will be missed.
The Drummers brought a large dose of energy and enthusiasm to the service and the flowers were colorful, bountiful and beautiful.
Next week starts our Summer Service tradition of lay-led services for the rest of June and all of July. See you there!
